THROAT AND LUNGS:
Marshmallow Root Tea: This tea will help subdue swelling in your throat and lungs. (It's helping our acupuncturist, Amber right now!) 2-4 tablespoons of Marshmallow root (try good earth, or Whole Foods) in slightly under boiling water, and let it steep a long while. Sip all day and keep adding water.
Hydrate: A swollen throat means swollen lymph glands, glands like to be VERY hydrated. Plus these are signs that your body is trying to get rid of the toxins- give it plenty of water and fiber to move the toxins out of your body.
DETOX FROM SEVERE SMOKE INHALATION:
Herbal Tincture: Talk to us about our liver cleanse tincture- you can pick it up from our office - easy. We use a blend of dandelion, burdock, turmeric, milk thistle, artichoke, licorice all in one little bottle.
